``projection_style'' command

• Format:
  /vis/camera/projection_style index viewHalfAngle
• Function:
  selects a projection style by giving an integer index.
  index = 0 (orthogonal) or 1 (perspective).
  In the orthogonal projection, the given viewHalfAngle is abandoned and reset to zero.
