gMocren is capable of displaying a dose distribution calculated by Geant4 simulation with a patient data. The appearance of gMocren consists of a volume rendering pane of a 3D image, two histogram panes to set transmission functions and a MPR (Multi-Planar Reformat) of three 2D images pane displaying three sections.

2D images of three sections of (a) x-y, (b) y-z and (c) z-x in the MPR pane. A part of blue area of the images can display a dose of radioactivity value of the place calculated dose of radioactivity distribution that you point out in a pointer.
gMocren 3D images of a breast by ray-casting method. These images are displayed with two different transfer functions that were changed in the upper histogram of the gMocren window.
